Prague International airport is one of the most important in central Europe and it’s located 20 km from the city. The airport, previously none as Prague – Ruzyně it is now dedicated to “Václav Havel” the last president of Czechoslovakia and first president of the Czech Republic.
The Václav Havel Airport is the main hub for both international and internal flights despite the fact that Prague has other 3 secondary airports. This modern structure offers several amenities such as: shops, info point, bars, post office, luggage deposits, conference rooms and a lounge for VIP passengers or families travelling with kids. It is also equipped for passengers with disabilities.
There are 3 Terminals of which one is just for cargo and charter flights. The remaining 2 terminals (T1 e T2) are equipped with free WIFI.
